Looking Forward at CVLC

ADULT FAITH FORMATION: Pastor Michael is leading the class on the Lord's Prayer using the Small and Large Catechisms (and other materials).

Outdoor Worship Service: On Sunday, May 5 at 11:00am we will have our worship service at the Redbud Shelter in Saluda Shoals Park. A potluck picnic will follow the service. The service and the lunch will be held in the shelter. Please bring a side dish or dessert to share. Main dish, drinks and paper products will be provided. There will be no worship services at the church and no online service available.

LMM BBQ Fundraiser:  CVLC LMM are having a BBQ sale on May 18. Pick up is between 10:00am and 12:00pm at the church. The last day to order is May 12. You may order using the order sheet on the table in the Narthex and place your order in the envelope on the bulletin board in the Narthex. The cost: Pulled Pork – 2 pound container = $22;  Hash – 1 pint container = $6; or Three 2 pound containers of Pulled Pork (6 lbs) and 1 quart of hash = $60.

GIVING ENVELOPES: The giving envelopes that were mailed out quarterly, are no longer being sent out. The decision was made to discontinue this practice. Please use the pew envelopes for your offering. Envelopes have also been placed in a basket on the shelf in the Narthex for your convenience.
